I have made & decorated quite a lot of cakes for family & friends over the last few years. The first one i made was out of a huge cook book i got from the library that was full of allsorts of recipes. I wanted to find more variety of meals to cook for my family. In the back was a gorgeous long neck dinosaur cake. I couldn’t resist, i had to make it for my sons 3rd birthday, and the rest is history. I have taught myself how to decorate along the way, out of books & on the net, but there is a lot i still need to learn. Hopefully this website will help me further my dream of becoming a professional cake maker.

I would like to learn how to decorate cakes, not really like a pro, because I only want to prepare cakes for my family, specially my granddaughters and friends. I really enjoy baking and cooking. As I understood, here I can get ideas and some tips, and best of all its free.
