Four Layer Wedding Cake

This tiered cake was made quite simply with four layers of white cake and buttercream frosting, then wrapped easily with icing sheets i designed and created as a test to see how quickly i could create a wedding cake.

Instead of elaborate piping techniques, we used a simple dot-dot border for an elegant and contemporary look. Garnished simply with a few anemone flowers, we enjoyed the process of being able to create something that looks delicious and special.

    I love to bake cakes. I must bake a 3 layer wedding cake but cant find the right recipe for the cake. Could you perhapse help me with I oil free recipe?
