		<description>to joyce rodgers, in my opinion you don&#039;t need to stop the cake from drying out, fondant icing is supposed to set. it doesn&#039;t dry rock hard but just sets in it&#039;s shape. But if you do need to keep it soft you must keep it airtight,so cover with clingfilm so it&#039;s sealed. Hope this helps.</description>
