I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your website and all the information it provides. I was so excited to have my cake win first place in your cake decorating contest. It was truly a surprise and honor as this was my first ever fondant cake. I am a new decorator and I never expected my cake to win. With my $50 Amazon gift certificate I was able to order more cake decorating supplies, which I really needed.
