		<description>Yes, I took a cake class recently and we used this technique.  I suggest Viva paper towels because the texture is different from other paper towels.  It&#039;s softer and not as stiff as other paper towels.  The results are incredible.  It&#039;s a great technique for me until I learn to use fondant.</description>

		<description>I tried this on a baby shower cake with a paper towel that had a paisley design in it.  It was awesome.  Gives the smooth effect of fondant with a little touch of design.  Thanks so much for the tip.</description>
