Cake Decorating Ideas

This Tinkerbell cake was created for a friend’s daughter. The Tinkerbell on top is actually a candle I found at a local craft store which inspired me to create what you see.

Strawberry cake with strawberry icing might seem to be overkill to some but the family truly enjoyed the taste. Each of the flowers were formed from fondant using flower cutters with shaping done with forming
tools, primarily the ball tool. I hand rolled the name Breyana with fondant as well and simply formed the letters freehand.

I really enjoyed creating this cake and requests from friends and family for cakes have skyrocketed.
