I made this birthday cake for my daughters 16th birthday. She is an avid Mario Kart fan and Yoshi is her favourite character. The cake was a shop bought sponge. Didn’t want to waste time making my own sponge cake in case my art work didn’t turn out! I enlarged a picture of Yoshi and copied his face direct onto the cake with the icing. Ended up with lots of green icing everywhere and it took me over two hours to do but the end result was worth it.
